I was just reading Penny

I was just reading Penny Arcade (which is very funny BTW, if you are into gaming), and Tycho’s rant of the day is about that other once-funny web cartoon User-Friendly. Part of this rant is a link to
this press release. According to that, there is this thing called “Generation i”, and I think I might have been co-opted into it. This really annoys me, and I’m not sure why. I’d much rather be part of Generation X, and that whole post-modern thing, or the Slacker Generation, and self-referential media-influenced kitsch and meta-humour This seems to be entirely some marketing droid’s term.
