I have this new watch, which I bought recently because I had lost my old one. I liked the old one - it’s a quite smart Swatch, with a rubber strap and a plain aluminium case - so I got a similar sort of style to replace it. Naturally the day I was able to pick up the new one (it had to go away to have the strap adjusted), I found my old watch, so I now have two black-strap-metal-body watches, although the new one is sort of shinier and showier. Since last weekend, there’s a new differentiator though: one is a summer watch and one is a winter watch, because I can’t figure out how to change the time on the new one without breaking it! It has a nice shiny stainless steel case, so I don’t really want to attack the ‘winder’* with tools… I suppose I’m going to have to take it to the shop and be pathetic, because I really can’t get the little knob to pop out.
* It’s not really a winder, is it? It’s an electric watch, after all.
